Lima, ListeningMind’s Unified Credit

Lima is ListeningMind’s unified credit for AI features and MCP Server calls. Previously, each feature, such as Agent Chat and Journey Finder, had its own monthly usage limit. Now, you can use a single pool of Lima across the features you need.

• Basic Lima is automatically granted each month based on your subscription plan.

• A set amount of Lima is deducted each time you use a feature.

• If you run low on Lima, you can purchase additional Lima Packs without upgrading your plan.

Lima is deducted when you use any of the five features below. You can check how much Lima is required in the information shown at the bottom of each feature.

* The previous limit of 200 MCP Server tool calls per day has been removed. Lima is now deducted based on actual usage.

Allocating Lima on team accounts

For teams with multiple accounts, Lima is granted at the team level. The primary account can allocate Lima to individual accounts using the Allocate Lima button under My Lima Info on My Page.

• Basic Lima is divided equally among all accounts. If the amount cannot be divided evenly, the remaining Lima is assigned to the primary account.

• Lima purchased through Lima Packs or granted by an administrator is assigned to the primary account. The primary account can then allocate it to individual accounts as needed.

• On the Lima allocation management page, the primary account can check how much Lima has been allocated to and used by each account. Unused Lima can also be reclaimed and reallocated to other accounts.

• If an account uses all of its allocated Lima, it can request additional Lima from the primary account.

You can check your available Lima at any time in the profile area at the top of the screen. For more detailed information, go to the Lima management menu on My Page.

• Lima grant, purchase, and usage history

• Remaining Lima and expiration date for each Lima Pack

• Date of your next Basic Lima grant

If you have used all of your Basic Lima, you can purchase a Lima Pack to add more Lima without changing your subscription plan. Larger Lima Packs include additional bonus Lima.

• Lima Packs can only be purchased with an active paid subscription.

• Lima Packs are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. We will notify you by email 30 days before they expire.

• There is no limit to the number of Lima Packs you can purchase or hold.

How to purchase a Lima Pack

• Profile menu > Remaining Lima > Purchase Lima Pack

• My Page > My Lima Info > Remaining Lima > Purchase Lima Pack

• Plan Information > Purchase Lima Pack

• You can also purchase a Lima Pack from the alert shown when your Lima runs low.

Lima Pack refunds

• If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not used any Lima from the purchased Lima Pack, you will receive a full refund.

• For refund requests made after 7 days, up to 90% of the payment amount will be refunded based on the amount of unused Lima. Any remaining Lima from the refunded pack will expire immediately.

• To request a refund: Go to My Page > Subscription & Payment Management > My Lima Packs > Refund Inquiry.

If you have multiple types of Lima, the Lima with the nearest expiration date is used first. This helps you use Lima before it expires.
