Monthly Subscription
You can subscribe directly from the Plan Information Page.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your initial payment.
Access to the service begins immediately after your first payment.If a scheduled payment fails, your account will be temporarily suspended, and a notification will be sent by email.
If the same date does not exist in a given month (e.g., payment on Jan 31 → renewal on Feb 28), billing will occur on the last day of the month.
To update your payment method: My Page → Subscription & Payment → Change Payment Method.
Annual Subscription (One-Time Payment)
To subscribe annually, please leave an inquiry on the Plan Information Page.
Our team will contact you to complete an offline contract via card payment or bank transfer.
ListeningMind supports upgrades to higher-tier plans only (e.g., from Standard → Advance).
If you are on a monthly auto-renewal plan and upgrade, your remaining balance will be prorated and refunded automatically.
Your billing date and usage period will reset based on the new plan’s activation date.
ListeningMind subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term once activated.
If usage has begun after payment, refunds are not available, but the service will remain accessible until the end of the billing cycle.
Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing date through:
My Page → Subscription & Payment → Cancel Auto Renewal.
Payments within the current billing month cannot be canceled if there has been any usage.
No refunds are provided for remaining subscription periods.

A 7-day Trial Plan is available for new users reviewing ListeningMind before deployment.
Some features are limited during the trial period.
The trial may be revoked in cases of repeated or improper use—for example, if multiple employees from the same organization register separately or if one person repeatedly creates new accounts using different emails.
Users on the Advance Plan can register up to 9 additional user accounts (total 10 including main account) within the same organization.
Sub-accounts can only be assigned to members of the same company to prevent resale or unauthorized sharing.
Simultaneous login with the same account is not supported.
ListeningMind Hub is a B2B data intelligence platform for professional use.
To protect proprietary data, we recommend signing up with a corporate email address.
Personal addresses (e.g., Gmail) are accepted, but please ensure your phone number is valid for verification.
Annual one-time payments include 2 months free.
