More Tools l Discovery

Check the search volume trends and SERP structure changes for your queried keywords.

A collection of analysis support features designed to help you quickly review keyword search results and determine which changes, topics, or sources deserve attention. Click the "Discovery" button to the left of the download button in Query, Path, or Cluster Finder to access the following two features.

  • Search Volume Summary: Automatic organization of overall search volume trends and top 5 impacting keywords

  • SERP Analysis: Analysis of AI Overview, PAA, video block structure in Google search results and citation sources

When your results include hundreds of keywords, it can be difficult to spot what truly matters. The Search Volume Summary feature provides a clear view of total search volume trends and automatically identifies the Top 5 increasing and decreasing keywords that contribute most to overall change.

  1. Total Search Volume Change

Compares total search volume between two selected time periods (e.g., +20% from February 2026 to May 2026). Timeframes: 3 months ago / 1 month ago

  2. Top 5 Increasing & Decreasing Keywords

Highlights the five keywords with the largest positive and negative changes in overall search volume. Includes per-keyword breakdown of search volume by period, rate of change (%), and absolute change (count).

  3. Top 5 Increasing & Decreasing Keywords (Monthly Average ≥ 100)

Same as above, but filtered to keywords with a monthly average search volume of at least 100 — surfacing changes with greater market impact.

  • Quickly identify the most significant changes among hundreds of keywords.

  • Spot trends at a glance before diving into deeper analysis.

  • Use it to select high-priority keywords for marketing campaigns, content planning, and reporting.

Since the introduction of AI Overviews in Google Search results, Google has begun synthesizing multiple sources to generate direct answers — meaning what users see as "the answer" is no longer a single link, but a combination of formats and sources.

As a result, visibility and click-through are shaped not only by which keywords are searched, but equally by how the answer is structured and which sources are cited for that keyword.

The SERP Analysis feature automatically surfaces the question and citation structures within AI Overviews, People Also Ask, and video blocks.

  • Analysis Keywords: Monthly average search volume of 10 or more / Up to top 1,000 keywords by search volume

  • Usage Limit: Basic — 30 times/month / Standard and above — 100 times/month

  1. AI Overview Analysis

    • Groups keywords with AI Overviews into topic-based clusters and displays subdomain rankings cited within each cluster

    • Visualizes search volume and keyword count for the top 20 clusters in a 2D scatter plot

  2. People Also Ask (PAA) Analysis

    • Organizes PAA questions by category and cluster, showing question count, search volume, and source URLs per cluster

    • Displays cited root domains in ranked order to identify which domains are leading in PAA visibility

  3. Video Block Analysis

    • Groups keywords where videos appear into thematic clusters, showing video count and search volume per cluster

    • Understand the competitive landscape of video content by channel — including video count, triggered keywords, and search volume

  • Quickly see which SERP features (AI Overviews, PAA, Video blocks) cite your domain — and where you are absent.

  • Prioritize content and SEO/GEO efforts based on high-volume clusters.

  • Benchmark topics dominated by competitors and shape your channel strategy, including decisions on video production.
